Role Summary

As the strategic leader of the landscape team, the Principal Landscape Architect drives the design vision, oversees high-level project execution, mentors senior staff, and builds client relationships. This role emphasizes innovation, environmental stewardship, and urban resiliency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Chartered / Licensed Landscape Architect (or equivalent).
• Proven leadership on large-scale, complex landscape or urban projects.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating innovation and sustainability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
