Responsibilities:

• Be a part of global project team of architects / landscape architects / urban designers within a urban places architectural studio
• Deliver quality design for landscape architectural projects within the allocated resource and time
• Contribute to the growth and the people in the company
• Manage infrastructure engineers, contractors and sub-consultants engaged to co-deliver projects
• Produce landscape architectural work from concept to implementation in accordance to clients’ requirements and aspirations for their projects
• Prepare design studies and produce design in various formats such as sketches, drawings, 3D digital studies, models etc.
• Prepare and produce design presentations in various formats including PowerPoint, posters etc.
• Work with suppliers to select, prepare material, equipment, and their specifications to support the project design intent
• Manage the construction and implementation of projects
• Develop detailed design and produce detailed drawings and specifications for tender and for contractors to follow for construction purposes

Qualifications:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of landscape architectural/ urban design/ planning practice
• Team and infrastructure interface management skills
• Outstanding portfolio of work with good design capability and creativity
• A flair for design and good knowledge of global projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, 3D visualization programs like Rhino and Adobe, Microsoft Office and other commonly used software applications
• 2 to 5 years of site implementation experience will be of advantage
